Boiler Feed Pump Turbine

The construction scale of Yangmei Xishangzhuang Thermal Power Project is 2 × 660MW ultra supercritical coal-fired heating units, and the two 100% full capacity drag feed water pump turbines configured for the units are both products of Jieneng Group. The design power of the full capacity drag feedwater pump turbine is 22MW, with a maximum output of 25MW. It adopts an efficient fully three-dimensional blade and double extended shaft structure, which meets the requirements of large changes in exhaust pressure of the unit and can drive the feedwater pump and booster pump coaxially. The steam inlet adopts a reliable external switching method, allowing two parameters of steam to switch undisturbed according to changes in the load of the large machine. The structural design of forged rotors, tilting pad bearings, etc. not only meets the requirements of rapid start-up of the unit, but also ensures the stability of operation. At present, the unit is running smoothly and all technical indicators are satisfactory to users.
